Stated simply, Clair Homes builds distinguished homes in Seattle’s metropolitan neighborhoods. Unlike other home builders, however, we invite our clients to take part in many of the interior selections. We understand and value the investment that home purchasing represents and want your experience to be inclusive…after all, it is your home.
Our size allows us to focus our best energy and efforts on each project—to maintain a standard that keeps our homes as compelling as the people and families that inhabit them.
Our approach is simple and begins with highly selective land acquisition—like the old saying goes, “location is everything”…and we won’t build just anywhere. But the right location isn’t success in and of itself….the right floor plan is equally paramount—building homes that consider the unique characteristics of each location.
Stylistically our homes vary from traditional to Craftsmen style and are usually in the 2,400-3,000 square foot range. We encourage you to review the Floor Plan and Gallery section of this site to get a better idea.
And as a woman-owned business we pay particular attention to the myriad of interior details we feel help transform a house into a home…the little touches that others miss or don’t care to make a priority. We think you’ll notice the difference.
